Payment Card Information
In order to purchase certain goods and services from PartyLite you will be required to furnish our third-party vendor (“Payment Vendor”) with a debit card number, credit card number, and/or similar information (collectively, the “Payment Information”). Such Payment Information is collected by our Payment Vendor pursuant to their own terms and conditions. You should make sure to read and understand these terms and conditions before you provide Payment Vendors with your information. You hereby acknowledge and agree that PartyLite is not responsible for, nor has any control over, the data processing of any Payment Vendor.
