Question
Can my Guest Orders be shipped directly to the Guest?
Answer
No. We ship Show Orders to the Host to distribute to their Guests.
Question
Do I need to have bookings to purchase a Host Special?
Answer
Yes, the requirements to purchase Host Specials is to have at least $400 in Show sales and a minimum of one booking.

Question
Can I exchange my Host Specials?
Answer
Unfortunately, Host Specials may not be exchanged, however they may be returned for a refund if applicable.

Can Host purchases and discounted items be exchanged?
Answer
Yes they may be exchanged, however only items that are paid for may be refunded.

What are the guidelines to earn a Booking Gift?
Answer
Each Show must be at least $400 in compensatable sales, with the first Show booked being held within 30 days of the original Show. All other booked Shows must be held within 60 days of the original Show.

Can a Host purchase more than one of each Monthly Special?
Answer
No. A Host may purchase a maximum of one of each Special offered each month.

Can I order a Gift Certificate using the credit from my Show?
Answer
Yes, you can order a Gift Certificate.

What address would a Show be sent to if PartyLite received an order with an incomplete incorrect address?
Answer
The Show is shipped to the Consultant to be delivered to the Host.
